    My computer does not seem to detect my play acoustic via USB. I tried to connect it to another PC but it still doesn't detect my play acoustic. I also tried to connect it to my iPad via USB but still no connection at all. 

    it used to work properly before but I don't know why it suddenly stopped working at all

    please help

    I watched the tutorial on creating a ticket but the rop down for phone numbers does not include my area/prefix code so I can't move forward. Is there a workaround?

      I suggest that you take a screenshot of the form with all the information entered (apart from your phone number). Send a PM to @AlexLane with the screenshot embedded (use the Photos button) and with your phone number. He should be able to help resolve the problem.

    As a male singer, I need this vocal processor have the ability to program, in real time, female singers that would be singing harmony wih me as I sing.  Does anyone know if the TC Helicon VoiceLive Rack has this capability?

    Hi Guys,

    I own the TC Helicon Voicelive Rack.

    I would like to perform a FACTORY RESET to the hardware and return it to its natural state when it was shipped.

    Any information or guidance will highly be appreciated.

      Hi @Soulfood ,

      All the information on how to perform a factory reset on Voicelive Rack are on page 13 of the manual. I've copied and pasted it here: 

      "This can be performed to initialize all presets and
      system parameters back to their factory defaults.
      To perform a global reset:
      1. Power up the unit.
      2. When the first text is displayed in the LCD
      window, hold the 4 buttons listed below and
      continue to hold until the reset prompt is
      • µMod
      • Delay
      • Reverb
      • Tone
      This procedure can take up to 2 minutes."

    Hi there,I play with the idea of getting a "Perform V" or "Perform VE" and have difficulties with the decision.I need it for quick voice adjustments via the push of a button in livestreams or recordings. The "V" now obviously has no gender function like the "VE". But I saw that in the app e.g. a "men to women" effect is included. The question is how good are these effects, to what extent are these presets adjustable via PC or app, can I also create new presets myself?I would like to create a set of "voices", which I would like to use depending on the context. I hope you can help me. thanks in advance.

      Hi @Dieb , 

      Are you planning to use it for a musical application or otherwise? For flexibility and ease of use I would use the Perform VE, but it you're doing more livestreams and podcasting type stuff you may want to check out our GoXLR. It has a bunch of presets and some sweet effects for podcasters and streamers to mangle their voices. It has most of the effects that the Perform V and VE has but it's tailored streamers.

    Can i connect my syntehsizer to the TC Helicon Talkbox also, not just guitar? (Like the Banshee for example can)

    Hello, i got a TC Helicon voivelive 1 from a friend.

    I would love to know how to do a factory reset on this unit in oder to use it for myself.

    Can`t find anything on the internet

    Hope someone here can help me out.

      Hi @Henko ,

      I asked around here at the TC Helicon office and it seems that there might not be a global factory reset function on the original voicelive, and if there is, we don't know how to do it! 

      That said, you can reset individual presets and songs in the Voicelive's settings; you can find more information on how to do this on page 44 of the Voicelive user manual. Hope this helps!

    So our Voicelive 3 Extreme has an intermittent fault.. Without warning the volume / Bass will drop out of a recorded loop. No settings are changed or cables moved. This happens with saved loops and also newly recorded loops. The live output on vocals and guitar remain at the correct volume and don't lose any of the bass. Recorded vocal loops also appear to be okay.

    I'm fairly good at fault finding and systematically working through issues, but this one currently has me stumped. I'd understand if it was an auto volume clipping compression thing but on a previously working loop it doesn't make much sense? Has anyone had a similar issues and have they fixed it? If anyone from TC Helicon spots this... Is this an issue that you may be able to fix?

    My daughter loves this piece of kit but if we can't make it stable (understand it may be our finger trouble somehow) we may be forced to find an alternative. She's a solo singer guitarist that's known locally for her looping talents.. So the pedal is a kind of essential piece of kit... Currently looking as though it may end up being a very expensive doorstop!
