    I am able to successfully back up and restore banks individually via SysEx Librarian. I'm finding a problem with doing a "All" backup. Those files are not being recognized by the dm12 and my my "All" backups do not restore properly.

    I lost a lot of sounds and work this way, does anyone know if there is a different way to import a backup created with the "All" setting? 

    I've experimented with editing the SysEx files individually with no luck.

    Any insight is appreciated...

    Has anyone ever received a response from the support team? I haven’t even received a confirmation email that my care ticket is being looked at. I can’t find any other way to contact behringer. I put in a care ticket months ago and nothing. Really frustrated right now.

      • Broken Pro-1 no response from care tickets
        HeywoodFloyd I realized that I had unknowingly navigated to a non-functioning beta version of the support portal that was somehow accessible by the public via a standard google search. I had it saved as a bookmark too. Once I got to the actual site, that looked identical, I was able to put in a care ticket and received a response. I sent my unit off to get repaired more than a month ago now. I hope that at some point I will get a working unit back. No word so far.
