      That's a great reference mic. It is available at most online music or audio stores such as here. I did see the spec sheet online not too long ago. If I come across it again, I'll add the link.

    This website is utterly impenetrable!    Anyway, I eventually found a way to this point,  

    My girlfriend’s son who is intelligent but differently abled has been given a Behringer B1 mic by his school.  Yes, a B1 not a B2.  They said it “just stopped working”.  I have tried it on one of my many PA amps with 48V phantom and it is true – absolutely nothing is coming from the mic.  Can you give me any clues or is there anywhere I can send it at least to get a price for a paid-for repair?  I have a usual repairman who was recommended to me by Yamaha who solves most things!   Is there an email address for Behringer so that I can ask them?

    Hi,

    A year ago I bought a BEHRINGER PMP500 POWERMIXER (which I use frequently) and 2 wireless microphones ULM200USB/ULM202USB, which I checked at that time and they where working. They have been stored since in a dry place and now they are not working any more.

    Any suggestions?

    I wanted to contact the support team, but the "My Profile" don´t like my phone number so I´m nor able to do that.

    Any suggestions?

      Hi Martin, welcome to the community.


       


      Some of the fields in the profile are picky about the format of the entry. Try selecting your country code in the pull-down and then entering your phone number without spaces, dashes or a leading zero.

      somehow it worked - after I filled in "male" which I´ve not seen and not been aware of. Now I could send my inquiry. It says my ticket is resolved, but I don´t find an answer to my question. Instead I got a mail for a customer survey. Wouldn´t it be nice to answer my question first?


      By the way: It is far too complicated to get in contact with support.

      Keep an eye on your email Spam folder. Some users have lost responses from the Care team here. What type of ticket did you raise? I suggest Technical Support would be the one to try. I have noticed that cases get marked as Closed after Care has sent an email with suggestions. The case then gets re-opened when you send a reply to the email.

      You will get this type of email from the Community web system - unless you disable them in your Settings. They are not related to the Care tickets. You should have received an email showing your case number and saying that they would respond later. If you didn't get this after, say, 24 hours, try raising another ticket.

    Finally decided to bite the bullet and get one of the TC-Helicon mics to accompany my VoiceLive Play. I find it odd that the MP-75 is readily available online and in music stores, but the MP-76 is almost nowhere to be found - although I finally did find one supplier, at what appeared to be a pretty steeply discounted price. I snapped it up.

    Just wondering why that is? Is the MP-76 still in production? Or is demand just so great they can't keep up?

      Sweetwater shows it as "No Longer Available". I checked with my local Guitar Center and was told that they are out of stock online and can no longer special order them.  Sounds like they were quietly discontinued or temporarily suspended from production.

    Hey, guys, I'm doing a science fair project on creating a digital stethoscope, where I insert a microphone by the head of the stethoscope and then seal it off (so the continuous column of sound is preserved). The microphone then picks up the sound from the stethoscope head and transmits it to my computer through the 3.5mm headphone jack.

    Do you guys have any idea what things I would test as part of my experiment design, I want to compare 3 designs but I am not sure what criteria I should use to find which design is best? Any suggestions?, I was thinking like lowest frequency, highest amplitude

    Hi everybody.

    What can I do about sound delay? How can I sing karaoke this way ?? 

    Just recieved 2 mics and for several hours was trying to make it work with my new Dell laptop. No success . Windows 10 home. We've tried everything we found on the web to deal with the delay... waste of time...

      Hi @Ivgi ,


       


      Welcome to the community.  I've used those microphones with a Europort MPA100BT without any lag issue so the problem is likely on the laptop side.  The ULM receiver is class compliant so it should be recognized by the laptop as either a microphone or line input.   What software are you using for playback?

    We have sold many to clients but now they want to return because the signal not stable and drop off during singing. Some clients using many (2 or 3 sets) at the same time on stages also informed us the same, they said the ULM302MICs signals were interfered and dropped. Would you please check and advise for solution? We still have many in stock.
