    Hi and Good morning to all,

    I was very impressed with reviews coming back for the Finalizer App so yesterday attempted to purchase it from your website, all went fine until we got to the Paypal window where on first attempt it would not allow Guest checkout and was attempting to force me into opening a Paypal account, something I did not wish to do.

    Upon a second attempt Paypal Did allow Guest checkout however simply crashed upon pressing final payment and has now done this twice more (no money leaving my account fortunately).

    I tried to open a Support ticket to inform you of this because you maybe losing sales if others are encountering these same issues however this required a Music Tribe account and unbelievably when filling in the online form to create one it prevented me from doing so as the MusicID box informed me my email was invalid which I can assure you it is not.

    Essentially It seems impossible to purchase your product at present and its more than a little frustrating chasing my tail trying to simply purchase some software or register!

    Any help or advice is Appreciated and just basically wanted to make you aware of these potential pitfalls others may be suffering too

    Edit : Have just tried a 5th time today and same thing occurred, PayPal 'allowed' Guest payment however once all filled in and submitted the payment NEVER goes through and either crashes or returns me to Paypal login And I've just tried joining Music Tribe Again with a differnet email and THATS invalid Too!

    I'm beginning to lose hope here, Never in my days has simply buying something been this complicated and with seemingly no resolve from my part

    Installed tc2290 on Mac with OS Catalina. Install says successful & indeed the software shows up as expected. However, it says there is no hardware. I do have the hardware connected directly to the computer (not via a hub) and have swooped our TC’s cable for another cable known to be working. Extremely disappointed. Does anyone here have any ideas? It seems TC can’t be bothered to supply tech support, but hey I’ve earned a useless badge. Way to go TC ?? . Any help gratefully received!

      Thanks for the response. ?? I’m using Reaper 6. Since last posting I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling, no joy...s/ware can’t see the hardware. Hardware displays red dashes, no numbers & no response to any button pushing. I loved working with the original hardware version back in the day   ...ho hum...the price of progress...


      At this point I’m prepared to cast Rune stones & throw wing of bat at it..perhaps you’ve got a better plan?

    Hello,

      I received the email with a broken link so i can't download and activate the free gift polytune plugin (i have bought polytune clip black here in Italy).  I can't understand how to reach the customer service to ask my questions on the tuner clip, and surfing on this tc electronic website is a real maze , between pages that are not displayed correcty on Mozilla Firefox (now i am on MS Edge) and some broken links, included the download link for that plugin.

    Someone can help me?

    edit:  i am experiencing some difficulty to stabilize the tuning on low E of guitar string particularly in strobe mode : I like that mode,  i can get easily an optimal  balance of the strobe , the correct tuning of all the others strings, but it seems to be harder with the Low  E... also with minimal rotations of the tuning peg it tends to go a little flat or sharp (appears first line of red leds)

    update :  the problems are solved, i received answer on messenger chat  of TC Electronic Facebook page.

    I've saved up a little bit of money for these units 
    at the moment i've got the tc-8210 the dvr-25 and the tc-1210. can't afford the tc-2290 yet anyway.
    I'm pretty amazed by the sound of the reverbs. really like it better than pretty much most reverb vst's
    I hope these will be supported for ages to work... 
    And the drivers being updated for the years coming...
    Please don't let us users who always put trust in this brand down. I'm still a konnekt-48 user i also got the Clarity and some other outboard fx's from tc... I always loved the brand for making top quality gear. 

    There is one thing I was curious about, as u can use multiple vst's of a certain unit how do you go from using the hardware from one vst to another..?

      Hi @yann_ So happy you like them! The controller automatically detects which instance of the plugin you are using. The link icon in the lower left corner of the plugin interface will turn from yellow to green when you select the window and you'll see the controller change values.
      Hope they'll bring you tons of joy in the years to come

    This worked fine last night on my project in studio one with a Mac Mini.  Today, just dashes.  Says not connected.  I've tried through a hub and direct to a usb port.  I've used the hardware less than 5 times.  Please help.  I tried to reinstall the drivers already.

      It's just a bad idea that you can't use the software without the hardware, I'm stuck not being able to use this.

      It sounds like it could be a hardware problem. Maybe try the unit on another computer - and tell us if that works?

      I went through the hassle last night of installing Boot Camp, my daw, plugins etc on my mac under windows....and strangely it seemed to work there.   So that is the same unit, on the same mac mini (but under windows/bootcamp), even on the same USB hub.


      I went back to the mac and used an app cleaner to delete everything, deleted all the instances of the plugin in the vst/3 folders...reinstalled and no change.   Anything else on a mac i need to clean out to really remove it from the OS?  I don't know enough about mac's to find it...i thought it was just supposed to work...they say.

      Nice of you to check by going through all that work

      Maybe send us some info on the OS you're using right now and some specs on your computer, and we'll look into it?

    I bought Finalizer app today, and it doesn't work in my pc.

    i use RME Babyface , Windows 7 64bit  .  

    when i launch Finalizer app, 'No audio device configured' shows up.

    and i already activate from ilok manager as well.

    i re-installed RME driver, but still doesn't work.

    Please help me.    if it doens't work, i want to refund it.

      The switch to Windows Audio before first launch of the app - then You should be able to select Your RME interface.

      I deleted app.xml file,  switch to Windows Audio the first time.


      but it still doesn't work. 


      I tried in my laptop, (Window 7 pro) and it works .  


      but stil cant boot in my Desktop .  i don't know why.


      when i launch Finalizer app ,  just white screen and keep loading with No audio device sign.  can not click anything .  what should i do ?

    I followed the instructions for install, ilok is set up. The app loads with only a black window. Right click does nothing. The first time I loaded, there was a set up screen, but now there is nothing.

    I tried to create a support ticket but there is no option for the finalizer software.

    Everthing updated (Firmware Update in Logic b/c Ableton does not work) ... any ideas why I have no connection to the Hardware in Ableton ?? All Software is latest .. MacOS is Mojave latest (and no - I will not upgrade to Catalina yet ... Photo Attached ----  Thanks a lot for your Help !!
