      Hi Russpetit,

the Output volume of your Ditto jam cannot be boosted internally. it is unity gain.

Please give us a better description of your setup and how your playbacksystem is wired, so we get a better picture.
(what instrument do you record, how is th ditto connected to your playback system, etc)

Do you get any volume drop when playing back your Loop recording (with Loop level set to max) ?

      best regards,

      Mike

hi I have a very early RH450 where half the knobs are falling off and all front panel buttons are cracked.

The crack in the mute button is easy to see, but all others are cracked as well, but a lot harder to capture on camera.

i cant find my proof of purchase anymore. i was living in California at the time. I think i bought it in 2009 or 2010.

I've only played this rig at home, so this is not due to abuse or anything. I hope this is still covered by warranty?

    Hi all,

after a lot of user feedback there are now brand and product specific "Sub forums" available that brings back some of the structure of the old TC user forum to make it easier to find content and the right place for posting your questions, experiences and everything else around and about Tc products.

Best regards from the Tc tribers,

    Mike

And when will this be done for Behringer, Midas (and all others). Special for M/X32 users it is still a big mess. Can't still find anything anymore and this is my first comeback visit since months because of this mess. A lot of old forum users are already gone and proberly never return. This was really a bad and stupid way to go while the real old forum concept works.

      Hi Vasco,

i don't know, but am more than happy to pass your feedback on.

We know that there is still a lot of work to do, but the design team is very responsive to feedback and the implementation of the brand tribes are a step into the right direction making it easier to figure out where to post.

If you have any other suggestion on how to make the community more user friendly, please let us know. you can also messege me in private and i make sure all feedback is documented and passed on to the right persons.

      Best regards,

      Mike

Hello, I purchased a Bugera 6262 Infinium guitar amp head from Adorama Camera. It was shipped to me and arrived when they said it would. Upon plugging everything in the first time I found the lead channel to be very faint and almost completely inaudible. The clean/crunch channels work great but I am not paying for an amp that only halfway works.

Now, that being said: I contacted the dealer and was told to get in contact with Bugera as Bugera would send me a retube set. I called the support number and got an automated voice directing me here, which is completely ridiculous. Human interaction is needed for some cases, even in today's tech savvy society.

I have an email out to support and figured I'd post here, any help is greatly appreciated!

Been using my ditto for a year, like it. I played Wednesday night it was fine. Same gear 3 nites later after a flight to next shows and the pedal is boosting gain when I click on the pedal to start or use the looper. I've read a few posts on this forum but have only seen a firmware update for Ditto 2 or other products.
    Please help ...
How do you reset the pedal? is there a firmware update? Am I going to have to replace this pedal?

    Thanks

did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same issue.

Well, at least I'm not the only one. I'm having the exact same issue. I've used my Ditto Looper for a year. Now all of a sudden there's a crazy boost in gain whenever I hit the footswitch. The recorded loop sounds fine, but while I'm recording it's massively overdriven.

I'm just going straight into the audio interface of my computer.

      I haven't found a solution yet.

Well, I have an update on this. It's not the pedal.

      1. I get the same gain boost problem with another pedal as well (TC HOF mini, similar in contruction to the Ditto Looper).

      2. Both pedals work fine going into an amp -- the problem only happens when I plug into my computer's audio interface.

In other words, the problem is in my computer, not the pedal. (The next step is to figure out why, but that's a different thread.)
