    Hi!

    I am considering buying NuQ 118B-AN subs and I have a question regarding that model. In the picture presenting back of the speaker there are 4 bolts in each corner (16 in total). Are they indented for wheels? Does the speaker come with wheels in the box, as the iQ18B does? Manual nor product page says nothing about attaching wheels, so I am a bit confused.NuQ118B-AN_P0B4K_Rear_L

      @MateuszI'm not an employee but those holes are for the wheels and I would be very surprised if the wheels were not in the box-I would protest loudly if not

    Can you use a different mixer with the Inspire 1000? I need more channels

      I'm a Mobile Dj and use this behringer mixer to give me a few more channels, for say more mics or instruments, or emergency inputs like a phone or another bluetooth receiver. The mixer allows me to have an output channel for a monitor in which I control the volume right on the mixer. It also allows me more headroom, more volume control than just a computer and a controller by itself.

    I've read somewhere that Turbosound products now have a 10 year warranty, can anyone confirm this?

    How long did it take for a response from the Tribe? My Behringer Sub woofer 1500 when out and I just had it for 6 months. Are the fast enough to get my work order number? I tool the speaker there just waiting them

    I'm looking for a tube integrated amplifier for my Tannoy DC8ti speakers and would like to hear what others are using.  Currently, I have a Herron VTSP-3A (r02) preamp and NAD M22v2 power amp.

    Is there a longer version of the interconnecting cable between the two speakers to allow them to be spaced further apart? If so where can I purchase this?

    Anyone experience a low level buzz with Reveal 802s? Do you have suggestions on how to fix this? I have a small buzz in one of my units, a bit annoying when listening to music at low levels.

    What is the differance in Ip2000 ver 1 and ver 2?
    If it's software is there an upgrade for the software?

      @JimDillon I have been trying to sort this myself for a while now as I own an ip2000 v1 system. What I have come to find out, the v2 system can get firmware updates and the v1 can not. I hoped it would be easily upgradable by simply installing the firmware. It is not. The firmware update is done via the Turbosound app which is the same version for both v1 and v2. The app can detect if you have the V1 or V2 system and if it's V2, it allows the firmware upgrade-I believe there have been 2 so far.

      Welcome to the community.  The only way I know to reqeust parts is through the CARE portal that can be found here: https://www.tannoy.com/brand/tannoy/support#googtrans(en|en)


       


      There's been a lot of issues with the websites lately so it may take you a few tries to open a ticket.  Once you get the ticket submitted you should get an email auto-reply.  If you don't you might want to check your spam folder.  The email will say that you will get a reply within one business day but, be patient, since that's more like a week or more these days.

    I'm very frustrated because for over 2 hours I've been negotiating this site with no answers, and going in circles answering and re answering the same questions but no info from this site.  

    All I want to know is where to get some technical info such as schematic or service manual to repair this Turbosound IQ15B with blown parts on the amplifier and power supply boards.  Or where to get replacement boards..

      Welcome to the community.  As far as I know, neither TurboSound nor any of the other Music Tribe companies for that matter, publish schematics or services manuls for their products.  Your best option is to open a support ticket here: https://www.turbosound.com/brand/turbosound/support#googtrans(en|en)


       


      You should receive an auto-reply email shortly after opening the ticket. If you don't, double check your spam folder.  That email will say that someone will contact you within one business day. Be patient as that's been more like a week ( or more) these days.
